Wow… great resources here. Thx for all the links to some quality info. I’ve been slowly immersing myself in the investment aspect of foreclosed homes. Pretty saturated market where i live in Phoenix, but still opportunity to see 20% caps renting out homes… the flipping I think I’ll stay away from for a couple of years.
