Broker Participation: A three percent (3%) bid price commission will be paid to any properly registered broker whose prospect purchases real estate at the auction and closes in full. Broker must be licensed in Georgia and must register and attend the auction with their prospect. Broker registration deadline is Thursday, May 31 at 5:00 p.m.
Certified Funds: A cashier’s check or certified funds in the amount of $25,000.00 per townhome made payable to the bidder will be required to register to bid on the real estate.
