The houses are cinder block in good condition. Each has shared sleeping and living room area, bathroom as well as kitchen. All windows and doors have metal protectors and screen.
The larger house is approx 9 meters by 5 with high ceiling and the guest unit separate, a bit smaller and very cozy.
Both have ceiling fans.
There is water and a large holding tank. Electric is functional.
Low maintenance property.
The basic furniture is there if you want to just take over and have a getaway in your own beach house.
There is local transportation, phone and medical services if needed. Merida, the capital is only 52 miles.
