PROPERTY DIRECTIONS: From Interstate 83 between York and Harrisburg, PA, take exit 28 and go east on PA 295 toward Strinestown. Go 4/10 mile and turn right onto Conewago Creek Road (PA 1004). Go 8/10 mile and turn left onto Bowers Bridge Road (PA 1013). Go 2.8 miles to the property.

AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be held at on the property at 1940 Bowers Bridge Road, Conewago Township, Pennsylvania 17345. The auction will be at 2:00 with registration beginning at 1:00.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: To bid at the auction, you must register and receive a bid number. A Bid Deposit of $25,000 will be required at registration and will be refunded at the close of the auction, or applied to the Earnest Money Deposit, as appropriate.
