PROPERTY DIRECTIONS: From Interstate 83 between York and Harrisburg, PA, take exit 28 and go east on PA 295 toward Strinestown. Go 4/10 mile and turn right onto Conewago Creek Road (PA 1004). Go 8/10 mile and turn left onto Bowers Bridge Road (PA 1013). Go 2.8 miles to the property.

AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be held at on the property at 1940 Bowers Bridge Road, Conewago Township, Pennsylvania 17345. The auction will be at 2:00 with registration beginning at 1:00.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: To bid at the auction, you must register and receive a bid number. A Bid Deposit of $25,000 will be required at registration and will be refunded at the close of the auction, or applied to the Earnest Money Deposit, as appropriate. The Bid Deposit may be in the form of a Certified Check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee.
