The villa is located in a quaint small village on Lake Lugano in the popular lakes district of Northern Italy. Milan, the fashion capital of the world is just one hour's drive away.

The villa is constructed on three levels plus a cellar. The ground flloor houses the lounge/dining room, the kitchen as well as a separate vanity and toilet. The loung/dining room extens to the lovely terrace with a view to the Monte San Salvatore peak. The bedrooms are on the first floor, the main bedroom opening out to the balcony. Both bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a small balcony. The huge third floor is appointed as the entertainment hub on one side and as the home office on the other. This area can also be used as another bedroom. The cellar has another two rooms plus the laundry, heating room and wine cellar. One of the rooms can be used as a teenager's retreat.

The first and second floors have got floor heating.

There is a separate garage with remote control roller doors. The entrance gate is also operated remotely. An elaborate alarm system is in place.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with greenery and the highlight is a spectacular magnolia tree in the back. It also features a lovely wishing well. The whole garden is watered by an automatic pop-up sprinkler system.
