The house and the surrounding land (abou 4ooosqm) is not situated directly on the coast, but about 6 miles inland on the slopes of the Armea-Valley near Ceriana in mountainous country,12 miles from San Remo.
According to experts and others, the complex old-new is an unusally positive example of this combination. the basis was an old Rustico with two levels, the new part connects directly to the old part. The complete complex is built of natural stone and to the highest standard. The new part ist build mostly "open plan".
