REAL ESTATE AUCTION INFORMATION:

Sale Date and Location: Thursday, August 30th at 11:00 am (CT), registration begins at 10:00 am (CT). The auction will take place on the premises at 6348 County Road 44, Section, AL 35771. Only the real estate will be sold at this time.

Terms of Sale: 10% down due on auction day with the balance due at closing within 30 days.
Live/Onsite Bidder Registration Fee: A certified or cashier’s check for $10,000.00 will be required to bid and will need to be made payable to Target Auction Company Escrow Account.
Remote/Online Bidder Registration Fee: A wire transfer to Target Auction Company Escrow Account in the amount of $25,000.00 will be required to bid remote/online and is due 24 hours prior to auction day.

Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid to determine the total contract price paid by the Purchaser.

Open House Events: An auction representative will be on site for property tours on August 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th and 29th from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm (CT). No personal property/equipment inspections allowed during these times.
